What do you need?
- A voided business check with correct business information printed on it OR a bank letter stating your company contact information and name and routing and FULL account number on bank letterhead.
- A copy of your US drivers license or passport to verify your identity.

Are There Other Fees?
The above listed fees are all inclusive, except for three line items. There is a daily batch fee of $0.10 to settle your transactions. Chargebacks are $15.00 per incident, and PCI Non-Compliance Fees cost you $19.95 per month. That’s it. Basic Gateway costs are included in the price listed above, however they are billed separately.
